By Joe McDonald Journal Sports Writer NEW YORK — Red Sox slugger Manny Ramirez has been relegated to the DH role with David Ortiz (wrist) on the DL. Ramirez has been battling a hamstring issue for over a month, so his playing time in left field has been limited.
